Website build & design
Once I have confirmed your page and functionality requirements, I'll send through a fixed quote for the build and design of your website. A deposit of 10% of the project cost is required to start building your website, and then once the website is built and you're 100% happy with it you'll pay the final 90%, after which it will be pushed live.

Updates and amends
‍Once your website has been built I can make small amends at no extra cost, however larger changes or additions will incur a cost of £50 per hour.

Hosting and maintenance
You'll receive a monthly cost for hosting and maintaining your website via Amazon Web Services. Depending on the size of your website this will range from £17 p/m for smaller sites (under 150 pages) to £45 p/m for the most complex sites with a high volume of pages.

As I know most of my clients are busy with the day-to-day running of their business, I try to make the process as seamless and easy as possible:

• I'll send you a rough draft version of your homepage so you can get an initial idea of the look and feel for your website
• You'll fill out a quick Q&A scoping document so that I can get a clear idea of your requirements and learn a bit more about your business
• Once you're happy to proceed I'll provide a quote, an architecture for your site's pages and a  Terms Agreement so both parties are legally protected
• Your site will be created
• You will receive your site on a staging URL to review and suggest amends
• When you're happy with your website I'll transfer the hosting and it will be live on your URL

Prior to the project starting I'll send you a quote outlining all final costs. Once you're happy with this I'll then send you a Terms Agreement to sign so both parties are legally protected.

I require 10% of the project cost to start creating your website and then when the website it built and you're fully happy with it you'll pay the final 90%, after which the hosting will be put live.
